1980s silky wrap front dress by Billy Jack for Her - size small-medium

Vintage 1980s silky wrap front dress with wide fitted waistband by Billy Jack for Her. Bright yellow and white Matisse-inspired print. Bat sleeves are 3/4 length, with large pleats at the top. Substantial shoulder pads. Top especially is designed to have oversized volume. Waist buttons inside and out. Made in Hong Kong.
