Vintage 1980s dress with ecru lace collar and decorative line of shell buttons down the front. Princess seams with pair of low pleats on the front and back to give the skirt some swirl. Sash from the side seam to the back for shaping. Back zipper. And nice plump shoulder pads. Inky midnight blue fabric with light body. Made in USA
