Vintage 1960s West Virginia souvenir plate. White plate blank with scalloped border and embossed flourishes. Painted and spattered gold border surrounds printed center images of West Virginia landmarks with rhododendron flowers. Included are:
- Harpers Ferry
- Battle of Point Pleasant
- New River Canyon
- State Capitol Charleston
- Black River Falls
- Glassware and Pottery
- House of Coal Williamson
- Jackson's Mill.
Holes in back rim and wire for hanging.
SIZE 8" diameter
CONDITION. Very good. Some of the lettering is missing on "Harpers Ferry" and "Black Water Falls" and the "W" in "West", and a spattering of gold paint on the upper right of the white area - all of which appear to be printing errors rather than paint loss.
