Vintage 1970s Sprouts by Vicki Vaughn bateau neck sleeveless dress. Pinafore style bodice with elastic wait and cotton webbing belt. Sleeve and neck trimmed with ribbed white cotton neck. Small seersucker pastel rainbow sherbet colored striped fabric. IGLWU made in the USA.
