We love Betty because her recipes are reliable, require normal ingredients and are simple to execute. We love Betty's cookbooks because the graphics and photos are sooooo aspirational. And don't you be telling us Betty isn't a real person because we know she is.

COVER CONDITION Has some bend and shelf wear. Small spatter on inside back cover. 

PAGE CONDITION Very good. A few recipes bear red checkmarks of approval, mostly in Beef section. No tears. 

BINDING CONDITION Very good.
