Pair of vintage Albert Stahl figurines, made in Germany.
He's a furniture mender, carrying his chairs that need legs replaced. A tatty figure, his hat and jacket are worn, he's a working man, not a fancy man.
She's a hardware woman, traveling selling metal wares. She too is a hard worker, her clothes are a bit worn and workaday.
Both are hand painted with delicate shading. Both are marked on the side of the base and underneath.
SIZE he's 8.5" tall, she's 8" tall
