Vintage 1980s fit and flare floral dress by Liz Claiborne Petite Dresses. White dress with clusters of pink, orange, yellow, red, purple and green flowers. Button front with large white pearlized buttons. Large round collar. Shoulder pads! Pockets! Pleats in front for shaping on bodice and skirt, gathering in back. Midi length. Fit and flare shaping, you could absolutely add a petticoat.
