Cynthia Howie velour dropped waist flapper dress - size 14

Dark mulberry red velour dress, sleeveless with a dropped waist by Cynthia Howie. Pullover dress has a satin ribbon band at the top of the skirt with a flower. Sleeves and neck are bound with satin as well. Snap bands on the shoulder seams for bra straps. Fully lined. Midi length.

Material / 82% rayon, 18% silk with areas of 100% silk.
