Victorian amberina glass vase with optic inverted thumbprints - 1890s vintage

Tall Victorian amberina glass vase with optic inverted thumbprints. Color changes from a light cranberry to a warm tawny amber at the base, a much softer blend than many kinds of amberina. Outside is smooth, the inside has dots the size of thumbprints that have an optic effect. Flower mark fills the entire base.

SIZE 9 1/8" tall

CONDITION Very good. There are no chips or cracks. On the outside, there are some scratches in a few places. we've photographed a couple as best we could. You can feel them, but they are not obvious unless you are looking for them.
