Victorian handpainted opaline glass vase - antique decor
Antique victorian opaline glass vase with green and mauve painted flowers. Banding of green at the rim and the base, with a painted trellis and rosy mauve flower with raised gold details. Likely was originally mounted on a wooden base, as remnants remain (that do not effect the way it stands).

CONDITION Glass is very good condition with no chips or cracks.At some point in its life, it looks like someone put a piece of tape across the band at the bottom as there is a spot of paint loss and what looks like adhesive reside. Of course this is dead center in the front.
