Antique EAPG Cake Stand - McKee Brothers "Ray" (Ball & Swirl) Pattern c.1894 - Tall Pressed Glass Pedestal - Victorian Serving Piece

Seven and a half inches tall. That's not a cake stand, that's a statement.
This is one of the tallest EAPG cake stands you'll find — the sweeping fluted pedestal and wide domed foot give it a presence that shorter stands can't match. The pattern is a hypnotic blend of radiating curved feathers or teardrops flanked by two rings of raised beads.
A note on attribution: this pattern is most likely McKee Brothers' "Ray" pattern (AKA Ball and Swirl), introduced c.1894, which matches this stand's dimensions almost exactly at 10½" × 7¾".
Use it to serve a mile high layer cake and watch people stop mid-conversation.
SIZE 10½" diameter × 7½" tall
CONDITION Good. Knife marks on top surface from use. Flea bites along bottom rim. No breaks or repairs.
This is an antique item with history. Please examine all photos carefully and ask questions before purchasing. We want you to love your cake stand.
