Vintage KPM handled serving plate with molded morning glories near the black painted handles and painted garden flowers on the center. Scalloped edges with gold banding. Deep center well, more like a shallow bowl than a plate.

CONDITION Good. This was used by a family as their special occasion plate, hence there are some utensil marks, significant wear on the gold banding and black painted handles.
