1970s red, white and blue maxi dress - size XS - S

Vintage 1970s (or maybe late 1960s) maxi dress. Fitted navy bodice with darts in front and back and deliciously huge white wing collar and necktie. Bodice fabric has a small amount of stretch. Gathered skirt with diamond grid with red, white and blue patterns. Black patent leather belt. Back metal zipper. Make your entire summer festive as the 4th with this beauty.

This belt came with the dress and looks fine, but we're not sure it is original to the dress.
