Vintage 1950s novelty seaside kitsch plate: "Don't Wait for the Shrimp Boats, I'm Coming Home with the Crabs" featuring a distressed looking fisherman on a boat. White plate with starburst edge accented with gold. Holes in the back rim for hanging.

Was this perhaps inspired by the Jo Stafford hit song "Shrimp Boats?" We think so.
