Eye catching Leonard Paris wide 100% silk wide nautical tie - design No. 123. Royal blue tie with circular patterns of sailboats and bright floral flags in bright golds, pinks and greens with some muted golds in an all-over pattern. The circles are formed by ship's wheel, rope and possibly a porthole or tie down.
