Lot 3 Vintage Medicine Tins Sucrets Milk of Magnesia Calglucon Metal Apothecary
Three vintage medicine tins, perfect for collectors of pharmacy advertising, drugstore memorabilia, and vintage packaging. These small tins once held over-the-counter remedies and now make charming display pieces.
Calglucon Tin - Produced by Sandoz, this tin once contained 30 Calcium Gluconate chocolate flavored tablets. Has classic pharmaceutical graphics and labeling.
Phillips’ Milk of Magnesia Tablets Tin - A compact tin from Phillips' Milk of Magnesia that originally held 30 mint flavored tablets. The tin still contains 15 intact tablets (which are for display only and should not be consumed) and includes a fabulous period advertising insert promoting Phillips’ toothpaste, a great little bonus piece of vintage marketing ephemera.
Sucrets Throat Lozenges Tin - A blue and tan tin that once held 24 antiseptic throat lozenges, a classic collectible drugstore tin.

CONDITION Good to very good vintage condition. The Calglucon label has staining and wear, and some paint has worn from the tin. The Phillips’ tin still contains intact tablets and includes the original toothpaste advertising insert, which has two small tears (about 1"). The Sucrets tin is in very good condition. All tins close snugly.
