1950s Boston Playbills Colonial Theatre Kismet, Ondine, Audrey Hepburn, Billie Burke

Vintage collection of 1950s playbills, broadsides, and On Stage magazine from Boston theatres. Most are for the Colonial Theatre "opposite Boston's Famous Common", one of Boston's oldest theatres and still in existence today. Included are 

• "Life With Mother" - Week of August 3, 1953 On Stage magazine for the Boston Summer Theatre production starring Billie Burke. 6" x 9"
• "A View From The Bridge" - Broadside from the 1955 pre-broadway run at the Colonial, starring Van Heflin, EIleen Heckart, and Jack Warden. 5.5" x 8.5"
• "Ondine" - Broadside from the 1954 pre-Broadway run at the Colonial, starring Audrey Hepburn and Mel Ferrer. 5.5" x 8.75"
• "Kismet" - Program and broadside from the January 1956 pre-Broadway run at the Colonial, starring Alfred Drake. 5.5" x 8.5"
• "Time Limit" - Program from the October 1953 pre-Broadway run at the Colonial, starring Arthur Kennedy and Richard Kiley. 5.5" x 8.5"

CONDITION Good to fair condition. Many were taped into a scrapbook and bear tape marks and edge tears to prove it.
