Framed vintage McKee Barclay (1869-1947) watercolor of a duck flying over a marsh.  McKee Barclay was a political cartoonist, known for his work at the Baltimore Evening News and the Baltimore Sun. Signed on lower right. Wood frame with glass by Purnell Galleries Baltimore. Charming piece of rustic accent art.

CONDITION Very good. Scuffs on frame and tears on dust cover on back.
