1970s vintage striped sweater dress with belt - size XS

Vintage 1970s jade green and black striped sweater dress by Garland. Lightweight knit has a boat neck and button details on the shoulders. Green knit belt with black plastic buckle, no belt loops though. Side vent on left side. Made in USA.
