Vintage white pottery centerpiece bowl and candlestick with painted flowers, made in Italy for Plummer-McCutcheon. Hand painted with flowers in blue, rose and yellow. Traditional styling.
Plummer-McCutcheon was the product of a business merger between a fine linen company and a china and tableware company, both founded in the 1800s. The company was purchased by Hammacher Schlemmer, their up the street neighbor on E. 57th Street in NYC, in 1965.
SIZE bowl measures 10.25" diameter by 4", candlesticks are 8" tall
CONDITION Very good. One small chip on the top edge of the bowl approximately 1/4" inch long
