Coro diamante and silver crown pin - 1950s vintage

Vintage late 1940s or early 1950s Coro crown pin with white stones on a silver. Marked with Coro, there is another mark as well that looks to be "Pat Pending" but it is difficult to decipher

CONDITION Gently used. Yellowing from the paste.
