Victorian mother of pearl cornucopia watch fob. Cornucopia capped with a filigree banded top, garnished with leaves and 5 stones. Bar for your vest buttonhole. Woven braid chain so it lays flat against your vest. Holder on the point of the horn so it will dangle attractively.
Most likely gold plated.
