SIZE 6.5" x 9.5", 110 pages.
COVER CONDITION Good, some tearing along the binding, scuffs, creases and corner folding.
PAGE CONDITION Good. A few pages have small stains. Pages 43-44 obviously suffered from a spill and have water damage along the bottom edges, but the pages are intact and the recipes are not compromised.
BINDING CONDITION Good. Obvious wear along the binding and tears at the top tine of the binding.
OVERALL CONDITION Good to Fair.
