Fine mesh strainer with red handle - vintage kitchen utensil

Large vintage kitchen strainer with a chippy red handle for use or for display. Fine metal mesh screen with metal frame and wooden handle would be fabulous for dusting confectionary sugar or straining citrus pulp or for doing any of the myriad things we ask strainers to do. It would also be fabulous for display.

SIZE Rim of strainer to tip of handle 15.75" Diameter of strainer alone is 8.5"

CONDITION Very good. if you hold it up to the light, there is a fine coating of rust which would easily be removed with a scrubby if you were going to use it. There is an area approximately 2" long where the mesh has given away from the frame, that would not effect light use. Handle is chiptastic.
