18 Vintage HF Coors ALOX Restaurant Ware 4.5" Monkey Nappy Fruit Bowls 1961 MCM

Bulk lot of 18 vintage vitrified ceramic 4.5-inch fruit / nappy bowls made by the H.F. Coors China Company in Inglewood, California. These durable commercial-grade dishes feature a retro Mid-Century Modern geometric pattern in soft gray along the rim.

The backs are stamped with the ALOX mark, which means they have HF Coors' high-strength alumina body, which was specifically engineered to be exceptionally chip-resistant and "busboy safe" for commercial restaurant use. Date code indicates they were made in 1961.

This set of 18 is perfect for an independent diner, retro café, bistro or prop house looking for authentic, durable vintage tableware. We weren't able to identify the specific pattern. It's possible they were made for a specific customer.
