1930s Birks-Ellis Regency Plate footed silver plate meat platter with tree well
Ornate footed silver plate meat platter with a tree well by respected Canadian retailer Birks-Ellis. Marked Regency Plate, with a hallmark. Markings date it to sometime between 1928-1933.
Heavy and sturdy and decorative, it will look good on your table as well as your sideboard. Extremely sexy claw feet (which we think are a little dark academia). Border with grapevines, swirls and flowers.
Platter has been well used for Sunday dinners and special occasions, but no one is going to see the knife marks under your delicious roast.

CONDITION Platter has many knife marks in the center. Border and feet are in lovely condition. It has been lightly polished, but should buff back to a lovely shine.
