1980s bold striped unstructured blazer

Vintage 1980s open front jacket with 3/4 cuffed sleeves by JBJ Sportswear. Bold stripes of navy, red, yellow and green on a white background. Notched collar. Two front pockets. Shoulder pads. Darts at the back neck for shaping. Made in Japan. Wear this over a dress, with a pair of jeans or even better, with a bottom that matches on of the colors in the stripes. Oh yeah.
