1980s vintage quilted black button-front dress / size S

Vintage 1980s black button front dress, quilted with alternating panels of satin. Large statement button closure with hooks and eyes and snaps as well for a good fit. Peter Pan collar. Long sleeves with pleated shoulders and small shoulder pads. Pockets! Classic 1980s power dress silhouette-big shoulders, fitted closer through waist and hips.

Exceptionally well made of fine quality materials, but no makers tag. Made in Hong Kong. From a woman who worked in the Loehmann's Back Room, so it may well be designer with label removed, as they did sometimes.

Material / Shell 38% silk, 32-90% silk, 20-37% acetate, 8-35% viscose. Lining 100% rayon
