Vintage 1980s black cocktail dress by Joseph Ribkoff. Tuxedo styled evening dress with serious statement shoulder pads. Double breasted front. Sheer panels on back and on sleeves. Shaped hem. Slight sheen to fabric. Self covered buttons. Very powerful power suit party dress! Made in Canada. Meant to be slightly oversized.

Material / 60% rayon, 40% acetate, inserts are 100% polyester
