Vintage 1930s American Pencil Co. No. 19 dip pen holder. Marbelized handle. Brass plated ferrule. Novelty pen was often stamped so it could be a souvenir, this one is not. Nib is NOT included.

CONDITION There is crazing in the varnish on the painted handle and a few missing chips.
