Ben-Amun Gold Crown Brooch - 1980s Vintage Costume Jewelry Made in New York City

This crown brooch by Ben-Amun, the New York house known for its museum-quality costume jewelry, and is a simple but elegant statement.

Cast in burnished gold-tone metal, the piece feels far old than the 1980s when it was made. Nice details: openwork arches of the crown band, the orb-tipped points, the engraved band of ovals and diamonds at the base. The "BEN-AMUN" stamp clearly readable on the back. Made in New York City.
