Black and red rose dress with peplum - 1980s vintage - size medium

Vintage 1980s pullover dress with elastic waist and peplum by J. B. Too. Raglan sleeves come to just past the elbow. One piece dress pulls over with a keyhole and button on the back. Loose fitting top with pencil shaped shirt. Vent at the back of the skirt. Lightweight floaty red fabric with black lined rose drawings. Made in USA.
