Bybee pottery blue spongeware 12 oz mug - vintage American pottery

Vintage Bybee pottery 12 oz handled mug, blue spongeware. White glaze with all over blue sponging. Made by hand in the small rural community of Bybee, Kentucky.  Marked with BB on the bottom.

SIZE approximately 3.5" round, 4.5" tall, 5" from rim to end of handle, comfortably holds 12 oz                                                                                                                       

CONDITION Good condition, no chips or cracks. One small molding flaw on the handle and one small glazing flaw near the inside rim.
