Vintage Oneida Community A1 silverplate teaspoons featuring the California state seal. Eagle and shield from the Great Seal of the US at the top of the handle, in the middle is the state shield, below that is a flower and then the state name. Spoons are nicely decorated on the back. This is not a decoration only souvenir spoon, it can be used.
