A collection of Imperial German and early German Notgeld coins, ideal for a beginning German coin collection, type set, or historical European coin collection.

This lot includes a mix of silver and base metal coinage spanning the German Empire period through early postwar Germany, including emergency Notgeld issues from the WWI era. Most coins have been stored in cardboard 2x2 flip holders.

The coins not pictured in flip holders were acquired loose. Those have been placed in protective holders for safe storage and transit.

CONDITION Circulated, uncertified, and ungraded. Wear varies between coins and is consistent with age and circulation. Some coins show toning and age-related surface wear typical of original circulated examples.
