 From Hello Tess Designs, the Tally Ho Textile handpainted needlepoint canvas, #PP24. On their website, they have this piece finished as a zipper pouch. It's a little big for e-readers and iPad minis, not sure about iPads. Attached to wooden stretchers. Retail $176.
