Imperial Candlewick beaded edge glass plates and serving pieces - 8 pieces
Eight pieces of Imperial Candlewick clear glass. Made from the 1930s to the 1980s, this popular beaded edge glassware blends with nearly every style of china for a mix and match table setting. (Well, yes. You can use it as a whole set by itself too.)
Collection includes:
three 8.25" salad plates that can also be used as luncheon plates
one 7.25" salad plate
one 6.5" bread plate
one 5.25" mayo bowl
one 7" heart shaped, handled wafer dish (what exactly is a wafer dish, one wonders)
Although all are colorless glass, the heart is a more gray clear, the bowl has a yellow cast and the places are more purely colorless. See photo.
CONDITION Very good. All pieces are gently used with utensil marks in the center of plates. No nicks or chips.
