The image on this vintage Winterling Porcelain religious plate shows the Visitation ("L'apparition") of the Madonna to St Bernadette at Lourdes. The Winterling back stamp (which is overlaid with a Veritable Porcelain stamp) indicates this was made after 1979, but the scene and hand painted flowers have an older look. Scalloped and heavily gold-painted rim.
SIZE 9.5" diameter
CONDITION Very good. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Minor gold paint loss.
