Chippy vintage red metal doll chair with a decal of what appears to be a skipping cat wearing a dress and party hat with a rolling pull toy. The seat detaches from the legs for easy storage. The legs are one continuous piece.

A toy of this age should be used as decor and not as a toy.

CONDITION The paint is chippy and the bottom of one of the legs is crunched.
