Art Deco silver overlay on opaque black glass by the Rockwell Silver Company of Meriden, CT. Vase with branches and flowers design and a gently hammered band of silver on the rim. Opaque black glass urn shaped vase. Marked on the base with Rockwell and 10-175B. From the 1920s.

SIZE 6.5" tall, about 3.5" diameter at widest point
