Four antique porcelain salad or dessert plates by A. Lanternier and Cie, made in Limoges, France during the late Victorian to Edwardian era, circa 1891–1914. Each plate has a delicate garland of pink roses and green leaves draped along a black and gold geometric band. Fine gilt bands accent the outer edge and inner rim.

At 7 3/4" in diameter, these plates are sized for salads, desserts, luncheon sandwiches, tea-time treats, or appetizers. They would also make lovely decorative pieces on a hutch or gallery wall. Absolutely made for a grandmillennial tablescape, traditional dining room, or elegant afternoon tea. Add them to your mismatched china set, blend them with other pink rose decorated china.
