Small brass deer hand bell - 3" tall - 1980s vintage

Brass bell with a deer handle. Nice tone, nice patina. The lower part has a flower and leaf decorative etching. There is a swirl pattern all over which we think were part of the manufacturing process. No labels, but we suspect it was made in India.

CONDITION Good vintage condition. The deer isn't set at a 90 degree angle side to side. He has a slight lean.
