Vintage 1950s-1960s Van S. Authentics crown pin is set with sparkling red rhinestones tracing the arches and center spire, flanked by a fleur-de-lis on either side. The reverse is stamped "Vans Authentics" and marked #3199.
Wear it as a brooch or slide a chain through the hook at the top to wear as a pendant. Back in the day, this would have been worn with a multi strand necklace to make it especially regal.
Gold-tone metal throughout, with nice dimensional detail in the crossed arches and scrollwork.
Van S. Authentics is not the household name that Trifari or Monet is, but they were known for making excellent quality costume jewelry, with heavy gold tone plating and Austrian crystals.
