1950s Vintage children's book "ALL BY HERSELF, " a cloth learning book by designed by Kay Clark and manufactured by Plakie Toys in Youngstown, Ohio. The book was created to help young children learn self-care and dressing skills, with interactive fabric elements built into the pages, including a working button, zipper, and snap. This copy carries the original patent numbers 2527242 and 2501902.
"All By Herself" was published alongside a companion title, "All By Himself," for boys.
