Vintage 1970 Calendar Plate with Sporty People - Octagon Shape

Vintage 1970 calendar plate is adorned with sporty people doing sporty things. Cream colored, octagon-shaped ceramic plate is printed in gold metallic paint.

1970 is printed in the center, surrounded by 4 images of people enjoying the great outdoors - water-skiing, playing tennis, bowling, and kicking a football. Around that, the calendar months are printed curiously counter-clockwise in a circle. Gold floral scrolls around the rim.

CONDITION Good. No chips or cracks. Mild crazing on both front and back. Minimal paint loss, mostly in March. There is extra gold paint on the back and a manufacturing flaw on the front.
