Unusual double-sided vintage piece with a lovely Rosa Mystica Virgin Mary print with soft, muted mid-century coloration on one side, and a functional built-in mirror, somewhat cloudy with age, on the other side. The print is sandwiched between two protective pieces of glass. The integrated metal easel back folds completely flat for storage and allows you to display either the religious Madonna print or the mirror side forward on your vanity, altar, or dresser. 
Small religious images like this were often travel accessories, fitting easily in a suitcase and having both a useful side and an inspirational size.

For a completely different look, the metal frame can be carefully opened, allowing you to swap out the Madonna print for your own favorite family photo or pressed flowers.
(The mirror actually is a mirror, it's reflecting back a white background.)

CONDITION Shabby with rust on the metal in places. Mirror is cloudy. Print colors are soft but not faded.
