Vintage 1970s Gunne Sax Romantic Renaissance Bridal white lace gown - size S
Vintage 1970s white lace wedding gown from the Gunne Sax Romantic Renaissance Bridal Collection. Princess perfect with a fitted bodice and sweetheart neckline trimmed with lace. Floral lace panel down the center of the bodice and trimming the sleeves. Ribbon trimmed basque waist. Full skirt.
Dress is a rose patterned white lace over a full bodice to hem ivory lining. Lace trim on the lining hem that hangs below the dress hem. Back zipper. Sleeves are sheer lace, puffed at the top with a slight point on the hem over the hand.
Timeless, romantic style, the kind of dress your daughter might want to actually wear some day, unlike my 1980s wedding dress, backless flouffy number with leg o'mutton sleeves that made my daughter convulse with laughter.

Care / hand wash

CONDITION Very good. Was carefully kept over the decades.
There is a 3" x 3" light brown stain over the right front seam on the lace, about where your lap would be when you sit and a couple of smaller stains above it. The gathering and the contrasting ivory lining makes it hard to see unless you are looking for it.
Light sweat stain on the inside ribbon around the neck, that extends onto the top of the shoulders. On the left sleeve there is a light stain at the top and a pull midway down the sleeve.
This is a vintage item. It has a history. Check out the photos carefully and ask questions. We want you to love your dress.
