Ricordo di Roma (Souvenir of Rome) souvenir decorative plate with a high rim features the Basilica di S. Pietro (St Peter's Basilica) in the center decal. Border has oval images from other Italian cities: 

  • Venezia
  • Trieste
  • Napoli
  • Pisa
  • Genova
  • Torino

All the city images are surrounded by flourishes and flowers.

Bright, colorful plate has a hook on the back for hanging. The backstamp is partially obscured by the hook, but bears a distinctive three-towered castle, a known Italian porcelain maker's mark, with "Porcellana" and "Italy" curved around it, confirming Italian manufacture.

CONDITION Very good. The decals on the rim were placed a bit unevenly. No paint loss, chips, cracks, or crazing.
