Vintage Milk Glass Bud Vases Set of 5 - 9" Anchor Hocking Stars and Bars Pattern - Mid Century White Glass Flower Vases

Set of 5 mid-century vintage 9-inch milk glass bud vases, ready for your home or special event. Made by Anchor Hocking in the 1950s/1960s, this pattern is called both "Stars and Bars" or the #1071 design.

The vases have a geometric diamond and starburst pattern topped with vertical ribbing on the neck and a scalloped/ruffled rim. Originally made as utility glass for florists, these vases are sturdy as heck and pretty. Try them grouped as a centerpiece, lined up along a fireplace mantle or scattered around a farmhouse or cottage-style room with fresh single-stem blooms. Or you could use 1960s plastic blooms, we are very open minded.

SIZE

• Height: Approximately 9 inches
• Base Diameter: Approximately 2.75 inches

CONDITION Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or flea bites. Because these are mid-century florist pieces, they may show minor, inherent manufacturing mold lines or slight variations in the glass texture, like the molding flaw on the base of one vase. Also, there's some residue around the edges of the bottom of one vase that we couldn't get out.

These are vintage vases. Be sure and check out the photos carefully and ask questions. We want you to love your vases.
