Vintage Optimo Palmas cardboard cigar box, made by A. Santaella & Co., a historic Tampa, Florida cigar manufacturer. The inner lid reads "Palmas 15¢," helping date this piece to the era when 15-cent cigars were common, likely 1930s-40s. The box also reads "Very Mild" on the label.
Very nice piece of early-to-mid 20th century tobacciana, featuring classic vintage advertising graphics.
The box is empty — no cigars included.
